Social Networks: Everyone can be a critic

  Choosing which movie to watch or which book to read is a hard decision for many people and can take some time. Finding the right entretainment can take some time and you may end up giving u and just watch that movie a friend talked you about a few years ago. Thankfully, with the appearance of social networks it is now easier to find recomendations and hear what everyone has to say about a certain book or movie.

Subway book review's account

  Instagram is a great example for this. You can find accounts that try to review movies or books in a new and different way. I have found two of them quite interesting. The first one is  @thefancycritic. The man behind it is a communications student called Liero Marchesi, who has always loved watching movies and one day decided to start giving his opinions about them on instagram. The account is not that well known but he does give good content with opnionated grades, critcal grades and other websites' grades, as well as personal reviews. Another account that grabbed my interest even more is @subwaybookreview. The idea behind it is asking people in the subway what they are reading and to give a small review about the book. The best thing is that it is really varied because every person has each own likings in regards to books and so each person has something new to show.

  Twitter can also be a good place to look for reviews or suggestions. Although I don't really know any specific account, you can just find anyone's views on anything just by using the Twitter search engine. Look up that book you have been lately interested in and suddenly your screen wil be filled with different opinions or reviews.

  Lastly there's YouTube. Apart from the film critics like the ones I mentioned in "Behind my work"(Dayo and I Hate Everything), there are also booktubers, that is, youtubers that review books. Although I don't watch them and so can't recommend I have heard they are really useful and amusing. There are also some lists about which ones are good.

  There are also other websites and social networks that cover our topic but I belive these are the most notable.
